Chun-Yuan Lin

林 春元

Dr Chun-Yuan Lin is a Postdoctoral Researcher at College of Law, National Taiwan University; he is now embarking on the Project of the Sustainable Environmental Governance in Climate change Era (2012-). He also serves as a Research Assistant and Creative Director in Policy and Law Center for Environmental Sustainability (PLES), College of Law, National Taiwan University.

He graduated from College of Law, National Taiwan University with his LL.B. in 2001, received LL.M. from New York University School of Law in 2007, and received his Ph.D. in College of Law, National Taiwan University. He served as Research Assistant to Prof. Jeremy Cohen of New York University in 2007. His area of interests and specialization include Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Environmental Law, and the Studies of Globalization.

Dr. Lin has participated in numerous research projects chaired by Prof. Jiunn-rong Yeh, including the Climate Change Forum (2010-); the Project of General Empirical Analysis of Constitutional Interpretation (2007-2010); the Project of Presidential System, Divided Society, and Constitutional Court: Comparison of Taiwan and South Korea (2007-2010); the Studies on the Problems of Environmental Impact Assessment (2009-2010), etc. His recent works include Livelihood v. Equality: A Comparison of Visually Impaired Massage Law in Taiwan and Korea, 5(1) N.T.U. L. Rev. 229-258 (2010); Court in a Political Conflict: Note on South Korean Impeachment Case, 4(1) N.T.U. L.
