蒋 红珍

JIANG Hongzhen is an Associate Professor of Koguan Law School in Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China, where she teaches courses on administrative law, administrative litigation law, law and public policy, and administrative law and government regulation. Professor Jiang received her Ph.D. in constitutional law and administrative law from Zhejiang University (2007).

Professor Jiang joined the School of International and Public Affairs in Shanghai Jiao Tong University as a faculty member from August 2007 to May 2012. She has the experiences as a visiting scholar in Donahue Institute in University of Massachusetts from June 2009 to July 2009 and Law School of Cambridge University from September 2009 to January 2010.

The main study areas of Professor Jiang focus on judicial review standards, comparative administrative law, government transparency and information disclosure, and negotiated regulation. Her publications include Proportionality: As a judicial standard to regulatory alternatives (Law Press China, 2010) and more than twenty papers in academic journals. Her recent research project involves regulatory negotiation and participatory rulemaking.
