Enhbaatar Chimid is a professor at the School of Administration, Academy of Management, Mongolia. He received his Ph.D. in Law from the Institute of Philosophy, Sociology and Law, Academy of Sciences, Mongolia (1990), and S.J.D. from Central European University, Hungary (2000). He was a visiting scholar at the Munk Centre for International Studies at the University of Toronto, Canada (winter 2007). He also served as a member of the Constitutional Court of Mongolia (1994-2000). His research and teaching interests are in the areas of comparative constitutional law and theory, judicial politics, and comparative administrative law. Professor Chimid has published several books and numerous articles (in Mongolian).
