Mr. Khemthong Tonsakulrungruang received an LL.B. (First Class Honors) from the Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University, Thailand and an LL.M. from Yale Law School, U.S.A. While working as a research assistant at King Prajadhipok’s Institute, he revised Professor Borwornsak Uwanno’s Constitutional Law textbook and also helped draft the Civil Servant Union Royal Decree for the Civil Service Commission. He was also an assistant to the Constitutional Revision Committee and an assistant to the Legal Advisory Committee for Prime Minister Abhisit Vejajiva. He has produced a number of works in the area of constitutional and administrative laws including political party dissolution, community rights, and judicial accountability. Currently, Mr. Tonsakulrungruang is a law lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University. |
