Zining Jin
金 自宁

Jin Zining is an Associate Professor of Peking University (Shenzhen campus), China, where she teaches courses on China’s administrative law and environmental law. Professor Jin received her Ph.D. in public law from PKU. She has once worked as a legal clerk in China Vanke Co., Ltd. for 4 years. She has visited Columbia Law School (2008.9-2009.3) as an “Edwards Fellow” visiting scholar. Her study areas include China’s administrative law and comparative administrative law. Recently her researches have been focusing on risk regulation (especially environmental risk regulation) and administrative law.

She has published more than 20 papers in academic journals, she also translated two English books into Chinese, including The Province of Administrative Law (Michael Taggart ed., Hart publishing, Oxford, 1997 ), Physics and Politics: Thoughts on the Application of the Principle of “Natural Selection” and “Inheritance” to Political Society (Walter Bagehot, Henry S. King & Co., 1872).
