Jolene Lin is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, The University of Hong Kong. She received her LL.B. from London School of Economics and Political Science, and her LL.M. from the New York University School of Law.

Jolene’s research interests lie in global environmental governance. Her most recent research focuses on climate change law as a matter of public international and domestic law. She teaches International Environmental Law and Tort Law.

Jolene is a member of the editorial boards of Climate Law and Transnational Environmental Law, a new journal published with Cambridge University Press. She is an associate member of the Asia-Pacific Centre for Environmental Law and a Legal Research Fellow at the Centre for International Sustainable Development Law, McGill Faculty of Law. Jolene also serves on the Hong Kong Telecommunications (Competition Provisions) Appeal Board and the Hong Kong Appeal Tribunal Panel (Buildings Ordinance).
